Thank you for the followup on my order. I just received
my order in the mail and immediately installed one on
my oddessy, it appears to work well,the test will be in
the spring when it go's back in the bag a few times.

retriever is working fine as I hoped it would. It is smaller
than the more common retriever which is available at
some retail outlets. It fits into my putter sleeve
attached to my bag. In short I am very happy with your
retriever.

Hi Keith, I just love my golf ball retriever, I used it for
the first time today, I used to have the larger rubber
kind, but it kept falling off in my bag.
This is great, I have a bad back and it just picks the ball
out of the cup and I don't have to bend down. No one
really noticed it on my putter until I used it. I also got
one for my husband.

The (GBR) ball retriever works very well. The concern I
had was applying the (GBR) to the putter. I finally
manipulated the devise into the hole on the putter grip
but it took some effort.
I used the (GBR) today and had a pleasant round of golf
without the usual pain in the lower back from retrieving
my ball from the cup.
As for the concern mentioned above I'll try my other
putter and determine if I experience similar difficulty.
I have used other devises but they are bulky,
cumbersome and tend to be a distraction when putting.
Thanks for a product that is pleasing to the eye,
functional and helped me enjoy my golfing experience.

impressive.
It is much less obtrusive than the other styles and
would be less of a hindrance once on the putter.

Thanks for your comments about the GBR. We're very
happy to hear that it help to eliminate the pain in your
lower back while retrieving your golf ball from the cup.
Ken, if you're having a hard time installing the GBR on
your putter, place a very small amount of liquid soap
detergent on your index finger and rub it on the arrow
head end of the GBR then push it into the hole on your
putter hand grip. It should go right in with no problems!

The above video shows the old model GBR. However;
the New Screw In Model GBR is installed the same
way except that it screws into your putter hand grip for a
tighter fit.
